Breezy Bluff Villa
Breezy Hill is a two-bedroom villa above Pagua Bay in Marigot, where trade winds move through the open great room all day and the Atlantic fills every window. Both suites have their own bath and rain shower; the master’s soaking tub faces the water, and the pool deck holds the sun from morning through late afternoon. Fully off-grid on solar and wind — what you hear at night is surf and rain on the hillside, no hum of machinery.
