Both bedrooms are suite-style with air conditioning and luxurious baths — rain showers in each, and a deep soaking tub in the master. And because they’re located on opposites sides of the living area everyone will enjoy the privacy they deserve.

The living area flows into the great room and gourmet kitchen, then straight out to the covered deck. One continuous space, cross-ventilated by the breeze the villa is named for.

A pool and a large deck with chaise lounges out back with a ¾ bath adjacent to your outdoor space, and covered seating front and back for the rain that keeps Dominica green.

All power is solar, backed by a generator, with a reserve water tank on standby. So no matter what the weather decides to do, the lights and water will go on without interruptions.

Breezy Bluff sits just 10 minutes south of Douglas-Charles Airport — about the shortest transfer to a villa of this kind anywhere on the island.
The villa is managed by Pagua Bay House, our boutique hotel two minutes down the road. You’ll meet us there to collect keys and run through the villa, and you’ll have full access to the bar and restaurant with a charge account opened in your name.
