Kings Point is a villa tucked among the hills behind Pagua Bay House. Unlike the cabanas, the property is a 1200 square foot private home that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a leather sleeper sofa. The Ocean-Facing Deck offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic that will spoil you with ocean breezes and the sounds of waves crashing throughout the day.
And because it’s managed by Pagua Bay House, you’ll enjoy full access to all our award-winning services, including the restaurant, bar, and pool. Towering 12-foot ceiling offers generous spacing where natural light and tropical breezes flow freely. The home is thoughtfully curated and includes original artwork – both local and commissioned – all set to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean waves crashing below.

Bedrooms are located on opposite ends for extra privacy and include ocean views, plush queen-sized beds, air conditioning and ample closet space. The main bedroom has an oversized en suite bathroom with an ocean-view soaking tub. Both include walk-in showers and polished concrete vanities.

Oversized kitchen island with bar seating, custom cabinetry, gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender and everything else needed to prepare unforgettable meals. Our concierge team will even arrange grocery provisioning so you’ll have fresh local ingredients waiting for you upon arrival.

It’s all about the view and this one never gets old. If you do manage to get your eyes off it, you’ll find the deck is the perfect setting to make your way to the inviting lounge area where you can read a book, sip a beverage, dine, or doze off to the tranquil sounds of Nature Island.
Kings Point is located on a hillside right behind Pagua Bay House, which means you’re never more than a relaxing walk away from enjoying the same services and amenities as our on-site guests. The property is located in Marigot, a charming, laid-back village on the northeastern coast of Dominica. The area is surrounded by a mountainous rainforest and is home to the airport, which is little more than ten minutes away by car.

Kings Point is accessed via a private road that runs behind Pagua Bay House resort. The international airport is little more than a 10-minute drive away. Once you’re here, you’ll enjoy full access to the Pagua Bay restaurant, bar, and pool — all of which are a short scenic walk away. Our award-winning staff will work closely with you to schedule local activities and make recommendations that fit your individual needs.
Car Rental: Please note that while there is a recently-completed private road to the home, we recommend guests rent a 4-wheel vehicle to safely navigate some of the more challenging roads on the island.
