Where We Eat
Open-air. Above the bay.
Always a 180° view of the Atlantic.
Industrial-chic and unfussy. Floor-to-ceiling doors that open to the trade winds. A pool terrace, a full bar, and a kitchen that cooks what the island gave us that morning.
American food, with Caribbean instincts. Built around what’s growing in our greenhouse and what arrives fresh from the Marigot market down the road.
From the Greenhouse
If it didn't grow within ten miles, we probably didn't cook it.
A few miles south of the hotel, on our own land, we keep a greenhouse — herbs, lettuces, peppers, whatever fits. Most days the salad on your plate was cut that morning and driven down before service.
The same land holds more than thirty fruit trees and a stand of pineapple. Breakfast changes with whatever’s ripe. View our menu

Fantastic, lovely waitress and great view. Very tasty food, including a range of vegetarian food - I recommend the vegetarian coconut curry and dasheen puffs. My partner said the fish was incredible. The sign outside says to reserve, but we just turned up and had a very warm welcome!+1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Beautiful view, poolside dining or under cover when it rains (which is often). Dined here 3 times, never crowded but best food I had on the island. Great customer service, food was a little slow but worth it. Prices very affordable with a variety of options and daily specials. Open 7 days/week and long hours.+1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Best restaurant on the east side of the island. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great bar and food is amazing. We had the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. Ribs and wings also great. We also did take out one day. They also take credit cards. Win - win.+1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

This happens to be the best and ONLY place to find decent food on this side of the island. We LOVE that they have great vegan options. The manager was kind enough to let us spend half a day here despite not being guests at their rooms. One of their staff members made us breakfast despite being closed until 12 pm, which we were very grateful for. The lunch was great, we especially loved the creole pasta made vegan. The juices were nice. The only feedback would be that it would be nice if you were open for breakfast, had more fresh juice options, and to train one of your staff member not to side eye or treat guests like they are bothering them (it happened rarely but still, it can ruin a great experience at your hotel). We love that the beach was near by for us to go relax in while we waited for lunch to begin. We would love to be back to stay at this guest house sometime in the future!+2Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Tasty food, super friendly and helpful waitstaff and owner, the rum punch is delicious and not to be taken lightly, and that view! So nice we visited twice. 🙂+0Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Love this spot! Although a little pricey but not too bad, it was incredibly delicious and you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Quiet in early October for breakfast. I ordered the everything bagel sandwich, chai latte and fresh juice of starfruit and golden apple. Everything was really tasty. Only bummer was that the espresso machine was broken so I couldn't get an actual latte but the server gave me some coffee to add. Thank you!+5
