Our rates are based on a room occupancy of up to 2 adults. Where available a third adult may be accompanied at US$40 subject to 10% VAT and a 10% Service Charge. Where available a maximum of 2 children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with at least one adult.

- Rates are in US$ Per Night (Single/Double Occupancy).
- 3 person maximum in select Cabanas with additional US$35 surcharge.
- Room Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge & 10% VAT.
- A three (3) night deposit is required at the time of booking per room; high season five (5) nights for the period of December 20th through January 3rd, the balance will be charged to the card provided upon arrival.
- All Special Packages will require full payment at time of booking and are a 3 night minimum & are non-refundable.
- Blackout dates may apply & are subject to management.
- Reservations cancelled or modified less than 60 days of arrival will be subject to a 3 night cancellation fee (5 nights for the period of December 20th through January 3rd), this also applies to no-shows and early departures.
- No refunds for reservations fewer than 3 nights or for special packages.
- Deposits for December 20th through January 3rd are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be charged less 5% for credit card merchant charges.
- All of our rooms are Non-Smoking. If you choose to smoke inside the room, a $200USD cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
- The pool is not supervised, use of pool is at your own risk.
- Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the care & safety of their children/minors.
- Any breakage of hotel property or missing goods will be charged directly to the credit card on file for the applicable guests.
