**3 Night Minimum stay required from January 4th to December 19th
**5 Night Minimum stay required from December 20th to January 3rd We accept one-night stays, based on reservation openings and last-minute availability.

Payment Terms –

• Visa & MasterCard.
• Rates are in US$ Per Night (Single/Double Occupancy).
• 3 person maximum in select Cabanas with additional US$35 surcharge.
• Room Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge & 10% VAT.

Deposits –

• A three (3) night deposit is required at the time of booking per room; high season five (5) nights for the period of December 20th through January 3rd, the balance will be charged to the card provided upon arrival.
• All Special Packages will require full payment at time of booking and are a 3 night minimum & are non-refundable.
• Blackout dates may apply & are subject to management.

Cancellations –

• Reservations cancelled or modified less than 60 days of arrival will be subject to a 3 night cancellation fee (5 nights for the period of December 20th through January 3rd), this also applies to no-shows and early departures.
• No refunds for reservations fewer than 3 nights or for special packages.
• Deposits for December 20th through January 3rd are non-refundable.
• All refunds will be charged less 5% for credit card merchant charges.

Other Policies –

• All of our rooms are Non-Smoking. If you choose to smoke inside the room, a $200USD cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
• The pool is not supervised, use of pool is at your own risk.
• Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the care & safety of their children/minors.
• Any breakage of hotel property or missing goods will be charged directly to the credit card on file for the applicable guests.
• We make every effort to accommodate specific room requests; however we reserve the right to make room changes to accommodate all of our guests.
