PAYMENT TERMS

  • Visa & MasterCard Accepted
  • Rates are in USD Per Night (Single/Double Occupancy)
  • 3 person maximum with additional $35 surcharge
  • Rates are subject to 11.5% service charge & 10%VAT
  • The deposit is charged upon booking, the balance the day of arrival with the current card on file. All other charges will be presented for payment at check-out.

DEPOSITS

  • Based on the minimum nights stay for that particular period:
  • A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking, between the dates of: January 4th & December 19th, the balance will be charged to the card provided upon the day of arrival.
  • A 5 night deposit is required at the time of booking, between the dates of: December 20th through January 3rd, the balance will be charged to the card provided upon the day of arrival. This period is non-refundable.
  • No refunds for reservations fewer than 3 nights or for special packages.
  • Blackout dates may apply & are subject to management.
  • Less than 3 nights permitted based on last minute availability if made within 7 days or less by email or phone. Specials do not apply for stays under 3 nights.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If reservation is cancelled or modified less than 30 days of arrival there will be a 3 day cancellation fee (5 days for the period of December 20th through January 3rd), this also applies to no-shows and early departures.
  • All refunds will be charged less 5% for credit card merchant charges.

OTHER POLICIES

  • All of our rooms are Non-Smoking.
  • While we allow children, these premises are not child proof nor are they child friendly. Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the care & safety of their children/minors.
  • We do have a dog on the premises, therefore guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises.
  • Any breakage of hotel property or missing goods will be charged directly to the credit card on file for the applicable guests, which we will alert the guest to via email.
  • Outstanding balances and any additional miscellaneous expenses will be charged to the credit card on file, which we will alert the guest to via email.
  • We make every effort to accommodate specific room requests; however, we reserve the right to make room changes to accommodate all of our guests.
